Some Smiles from the week

Despite the difficulties this week with Finn’s arm – the boys are still smiling! Finn is adjusting to life with the big red cast. He’s doing really well, thank you for all the good wishes.

Donncha seems blissfully unaware of what has happened – and has enjoyed some extra Grandma time!

Our little guy is doing great! We are waiting to see him in recovery. Everyone was very careful to make sure he still had access to his thumb for “nursing” – as he calls it – luckily he broke the “other” arm (his left). Silky and yellow both got hospital bracelets too, and apparently Silky may also get a cast. I wonder if it will be red too??!!

Sunday Smiles

Pam (thank you!) got the boys started with their first set of matching pjs (which I still have to post a picture of) and today we got them another matching pair. I hope this picture shows just how happy this makes Finn!

This is one of those events that’s great in theory, but very loud in reality.

Although we came prepared, yes he is wearing two wool hats, a hood, and a construction hat to cover his ears, we didn’t last very long. Those sirens are loud!

We took a walk around Green Meadows today, getting excited for our share pick up to start in a few weeks. The pigs were particularly stinky today!

We had a picnic in the car because of the rain – Finn was very happy to get to sit in the front! Bread, hummus, and apples. YUM!

Donncha enjoyed his picnic in the car too!
